ClearStop™ Website Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of clearstop.ai (the "Site"), operated by ClearStop, LLC ("ClearStop," "we"). By using the Site, you agree to them. The ClearStop™ client portal at app.clearstop.ai and all review services are governed by the Client Services Agreement that attorneys accept when they register.

1. For Attorneys

The Site describes services offered only to licensed attorneys and their staff. ClearStop does not offer services to defendants, arrestees or the public. If you have been charged with an offense, please speak with a licensed attorney.

2. Not Legal Advice

ClearStop is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on the Site is legal advice, and using the Site or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship. Information on the Site, including descriptions of statutes and regulations, is general and may not reflect current law.

3. Pricing, Cancellations and Refunds

Prices shown on the Site are per case and are charged when a case is submitted through the portal. Fees never depend on what a report finds. A case may be cancelled for a full refund before review begins. After review begins, fees are non-refundable unless ClearStop cannot complete the report, or delivers it more than twice the tier's delivery window late for reasons within its control; in either case the fee is refunded in full. 4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it by automated means, or using it to send unlawful or misleading content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site's content, design, and the ClearStop™ name and logo belong to ClearStop. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, modify or republish them without our written permission.

6. Links

The Site may link to other websites, such as government sources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, ClearStop is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the Site.

9. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
